We know that requesting for custom-made items can sometimes be a bit complicated so we have tried to simplify it as much as possible.

Here is a breakdown of our ordering process:



Choose your favorite blankie or other handcrafted gift.

If you’d like something custom-made (that’s not in our catalogue), kindly contact us for a quote.



Customise your design/message by describing what you want to appear on your gift item.

Please confirm all spelling is correct. We will not be held responsible for any grammatical errors based on the information you give us. We will however send you a preview for final confirmation.

For example: always confirm whether it's Rose, Rosie, Rozie, Rozee, Rosa or Rosemary etc.

Add your item to the cart and check out.

PLEASE NOTE: Corporate logos can be digitized at a separate fee.

Once we receive your order, we shall do a mock-up of the embroidery design and share with you via e-mail or WhatsApp.

This allows us to make any minor edits to your design and give you a better idea of the final look. Once you approve, we then proceed to complete your order. 



Our dedicated team will lovingly complete, pack and deliver your order according to the scheduled date requested.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Full payment is required before delivery

  • Sometimes things happen on our side as manufacturers that may cause delays. In case this happens, we shall communicate as soon as we are aware of the situation.
